Just because he has a Panamanian relative doesn't necessarily make that relative "Latino". Panama is a multiethnic nation with over 300,000 people of Anglo- and French Caribbean ancestry...That relative my have ironically just been a Jamaican working on the Canal... Central America is a lot more complex than you think...
I undertand the complexities of latin America and and in this case Panama, however my assumption based on statistically likelihood is that he was/is latino, but you're right that could have been a possibility. I just read on Wiki that his father is a Jamaican of Panamanian descent. So is he Latino or Jamaican? or Both ah questions questions.


Btw I have a few friends form central America namely Honduras.
