Human societies differ but the biological frame stays the same. Male and female bodies are created differently. For example, oxytocin is still released after a female orgasm allowing her to lay down and increase the possibilities of conception, to feel a bond with her partner, her body is still made to give birth and nurture a child, etc. A man is still physically stronger and his body is made for different motives, production of testosterone, physical/mental energy, etc. Nobody can deny these biological differences because they are factual regardless of societies.

I can't speak for other women, but personally I would like to nurture my future children at the comfort of my home. It would be natural to me :/

You should look up the social construction of science. Many different cultures will view some of your assumptions as incorrect.
