They are autonomous cities off/along the coast of Morocco, Africa but part of Spain. I was curious if they were unique enough to warrant a visit, or if they were similar to other cities in nearby Andalusia.

I would say go, and then write a trip report for us! I don't know how far Ceuta and Melilla are from each other, but I guess both are close to AndalucÃ*a. I wonder if there are any differences between the two cities. Go if you can, and post your pictures. And give us your personal impressions.
