I think to the naked eye, Aframs have on average 20%European/west asian ancestry(which i think is quite close to accurate), though there is also regional difference ofcourse. but does anyone know how much amerindian admixture or even asian admixture if there is any at all for black americans ? maybe its 1 to 2% average of native american admixture for blacks.

It's very small, most studies show null contribution of native american admixture in the majority of A-A's.
