Laundromats are an easy place to find available (and somewhat desperate) white women. Maybe someone can give these techniques a shot, and let us know how it goes. If your family happens to own a party store, you can probably get the balloons at cost.

are you telling me that I have to go inside a Laundrymat?

I guess that works, I can go for a poorer girl, but I really don't want to wash my own clothes there, I'd imagine they will get even more dirty.
