im sort of a light olive, so maybe my skin isn't dark enough for me to gain a complex over, but i don't admire pale people, or darker people that much either. and i've never heard this sentiment said ever. tanned/olive is the skin tone everyone is trying to achieve. thats why you have people willing to sit out in the sun all day and BAKE themselves to get it. olive is imo one of the most attractive skin tones.

not everyone is as concerned about self image and racial identity as you constantone *cough* jgamibi *cough*
