Lol @ your trolling, Haiti has fewer homicides overall than the neighboring Dominican Republic (which is a smaller country than Haiti).

Let me show you how low the murder rate was for Haiti in 2008. The UN recorded 487 murders across a 12 month period. With a population of roughly 9.8 million (in 08), that was basically 4.98 homicides per 100,000 people (that's lower than the US average ).

Jamaica in comparison, committed more than 1660 murders in 2009 (much lower than their record high). It was roughly the equivalent of 59.24 murders per 100,000 people.

Honestly, if the country could rid itself of corrupt leaders, a lot of good could be done for the people of Haiti. Unfortunately, the politicians continue to get rich off foreign aid money while the rest of the country starves. I mean between the EU and the US, that was 1.362 billion USD Haiti received in order to fix itself up.

What the fuck happened to all that money?
And haitis crime rate is much more than DR the reason why statistics appear lower is because there is no law, haitians don't report all the crimes commited since there is no law. To remind you haiti every year comes in 10TH placce of the failed states meaning the couuntry is out of control and a messed up government
