Most Sub-Saharan Africans, with the exception of certain West Africans, show signs of some other archaic admixture, especially hunter-gatherers (around 2%).

Aboriginal Australians have Neanderthal and Denisovan admixture.
There's a possibility that hunter-gather African populations possess "archaic African" admixture; the only other African groups to possess such "admixture" are Bantu groups with hunter-gather admixture, like the Xhosa. But the key underlining fact behind the aforementioned information is that such a possibility has yet to be confirmed by any genetic means.
