I think the only people who resort to violence because of words are people incapable of expressing themselves properly with words. At any rate, I don't think Freedom of Speech legally covers punching someone.
Some people an, other don't, not all people are equal, the person saying the speech must know there are cosequences for it, if I spit someone in the face, there will be consequences for it, also this type of people will not undertsand anyone a person say, on the case of duke, is the person is non-white, he won't listen to the person, but isntead start provolking the person and looking at the person as less than human.
