Nope,despite he looks more Ghanian he can't call himself Ghanian,either...He is a half-breed and smth between two...
But he can call himself as a citisen of Germany and boast with it...

If that was the case than white or black americans aren't americans either since they aren't native. He has all the right to call himself german cuz he is even if he was full black which he isn't he still have all rights to call himself german
