- There are no people in Europe 100,000 years ago. Europe has no "counterpart" in much of human pre-history.

- Modern Humans are "Fully evolved"..not sure where you are going with this. Debatable.

- As for everything else....the fact that you dont know about it says something about you, not Africa. The script that you are using to type right now roots from Afro-Asiatic scrips. You are interpreting accomplishments off maybe that last 500 years. Before that Africa was top shit for nearly 4-5000 years.
Many of the major religions come from Afro Asiatic speakers. When looking at "Continents" Europe......especially Western Europe was the last area to even enter the arena of "Civilization". I dont study Europe too much but I am not sure they even independently founded agriculture. Where is the african science, art, technology, sports, economic and political theories is what I want to know.

There are many sites that lists inventions by region. Lets see those European vs African inventions roll in, shall we?
