I've never understood this. Who were the Moors exactly?

This video claims they were black.

This video claims they were Arab by Saudi scholars (English start after 2 min).

And then all Europeans claim they were Berbers.

Who were they exactly? I am confused.

"Moors" were Mexicans that came to Spain singing México lindo.

Aren't you the guy that declares himself unable to distinguish an average French from an average Mexican?

If it is so, all the explanations about this issue we could give you would be unuseful.
