Let me show you why. I've lived in this city my whole life. I know it well. It is a perfect racial study of a minority majority city of Mexicans verses whites as those are the only real two major peoples there.

San Antonio Texas. Racial makeup of city: 75% Mexican, 25% white. Whites live in the North of the city and on the sides, Mexicans live in the center and the South of the city. Now take a look at this map.

People need to understand that Mexicans aren't Europeans, they are primarily Mestizo's and Amerindians with some Spanish blood. They didn't culturally and civilly cross over. They aren't us in more frank terms.

They are still very primal. They don't even consider birth control. It isn't even on their minds. They will and do have kids at 15 years old, and en-mass.
