I've had bad experiences with Indians/Pakistanis in the past, at school they will insult you in their native tongue and because none of the teachers knew what they were saying they got away with it.

If I was a victim of racism abroad I would take it on the chin proverbially (if I was attacked physically I would defend myself), if I am a victim of racism in England I just say, "Go home", that usually ends the matter. If you are a native you can always play that card, the 'you shouldn't be here' card. I don't like doing it, it makes you come across as a scummy person but if someone wants a racial war of words they can have one.
I hate when people they do that.
