Everyone that I have met, in the real world, has generally been nice/kind to me. Those few that haven't, I regard on an individual basis rather then blame their race/nationality/etc. for it.
Agree with that , anybody who receive a good education is supposed to be polite even if that person is racist or something other. But with my personnal experience I noticed they are some ethnic group who are more friendly or less with peoples, it's probably a cultural thing. For example in France, they are some place where peoples wouldn't talk to you if you aren't from their town or region , me I'm northern france, when i go to southern france, they are some place where peoples are racist against everybody except peoples of their town, they are racist against other french too .
