i don't know who Katt Williams is and I don't care, but that sort of "ranting" is never appropriate. That just shows what sort of person he is. (Probably one of those "conservative" assholes that get old people riled up, am I right?

not at all, he's a flamboyant black comedian.
I don't know what the circumstances behind this are, but I get what he's saying. This whole thing goes way beyond sports and superficial patriotism. If any immigrant wants to be a true citizen of thief country they have to accept that is what they are. They could be proud or their roots but not hostile about it.
