Edit: Obviously the black rectangle over the child's face is part of the editing, but that could easily be done in Paint. After doing some comparisons, the most striking thing about this photo is the number of different camera signatures. I also noticed that the "GIMP" signature is present in all photos, edited or unedited, so that's probably a false alarm.
