No South Sudan will not turn out like Seirra Leone
most will move to kenya to be educated before returning home, heck i have South SUDANESE BLOOD
They're not fools and don't underestimate them

it has nothing to do with genes or race
I am just saying that they are uneducated and as most SSA they
allow laziness in their culture
