I agree, racism is usually contributed to whites, with a between-the-lines message that other races are either untouched or justified with their racism. In fact its often the opposite, as among whites (at least some) there is a lot of consciousness about racism, while among some others racism is something natural and obvious, hence most difficult to spot. In other words, racism among whites, due to its pejorative character, is usually hidden, rationalised- and contrary to intention- visible, racism of other races is upfront, open and natural, so its labelled as something else- 'preference for own culture', 'traditionalism', ' conservatism' etc

The most racist people are those who give preferential treat to people based on their phenotype and reject others using the same rule. There are many evidence in the net how chinese people adore blonde/blue eyed whites, yes I have seen them gathering in a large mass to touch peoples blond hair and look close to their blue eye and touch their unusual very light skin, this happen everywhere in china but mostly in the rural areas, yet they look down on blacks and other dark skinnd people, I could easily post evidence about it..
