I was thinked they are something to do with the maternal behavior of women. Women tend to talk , approach and be friendly with all kind of men. It's not the same for men, who tend to don't approach, don't talk and don't care to ugly women .

As chabal he looks like a cavemen, I do Imagine some women finding him kind of protective with his though and prehistoric look.

He is very popular among girls here. Well girls who like him have probably nasty mind.
