thye do not need it to sruvive, if they are an ethnicity(which many aframs have cliamed it to be) then they can survive in a cultural way, but thye can't come negating their non-white ancestry to protect their black one.

I agree, but unlike PR or Belize, mixed raced people were just thrown into this black category to keep whites white.... even if it meant ppl with more than 1/32 ssa were deemed black... I think it's backwards, but Aframs had no say...
