Next would be Indians (India Indians) like the guy that plays Mohinder Suresh on Heroes.

The actor is Sendhil Ramamurthy and he is tamil(south indian) american I believe.

I guess its quiet well known that indians have that combination of having dark skin with very fine features going hand-in-hand.
