Not really, your first glance wasnt accurate, it says middle eastern over latino men, but arab men under latino men. With arab they mean saudis, yemenis and those types in contrast to middle eastern which mean more near eastern types such as lebanese or israeli men. In the other hand the text explain later that latino men with predominantly southern european heritage, such as argentinean, uruguayan and so on..fall just between western men (whites with medium features from britain/Ireland and anglosphere) and the near eastern men.
