You didnt get it... It actually meant that he didnt understand why Middle eastern looked worse than latinos, but who actually scored lower than latinos were middle eastern(near eastern types) but rather arabs like yemeni, saudi arabian and egyptians, osama bin laden types, not your pseudo mediterranean looking lebanese or israeli.

I know, but I was commenting on what he said. He was saying that Latinos, from those countries, look better than Middle Easterners. I think even Yemenis look better than Bolivians.
