Why are other people allowed to be proud without being called on it (East Asians, Whites of most ethnicities, etc) but when Black people do it they are called afrocentrist?

When Swedish people are proud in Sweden, it's not unusual at all to be called "neo-Nazi" or "racist". Our national anthem is more or less forbidden in the schools, and pupils who had a Swedish soccer/ice hockey shirt on when taking a photography were asked to either remove it or have it censored.
