I voted North African because I use to eat homemade dishes (momma know-how of course

)

Besides Maghrebian cooking I would say :

- Western European cuisine (French and Italian, I enjoyed some German dishes too)
- East Asian cuisine (I prefer rather Japanese cooking over the rest)
- Middle Eastern cuisine (Lebanese, Turkish and Persian dishes)
- West Indian cuisine (exotic and colorful though I prefer their drinks)

I never enjoyed dishes from other areas so I can't have an unbiased judgement.
