1They are representative of West African diversity; Igbo's, other proto-Bantu West Africans, and Central African Bantu speakers all have high frequencies of lighter skinned people. It's likely an environmental adaption to the lack of sunlight in the Central African rainforest/Congo river basin. This is a thread about black women, that Ethiopian lady is a black woman.
The Igbo do have those high frequencies, I can't say the same about the rest of West Africans
