I will have to find another tribe of west african with this variation, because I failt to find any.

Igbo, Yoruba, and Fulani-Hausa are the three major tribes of Nigeria. But there are many more (250). The ones that are closely related to the Igbo, in the east, have the same skin tone variation... in addition to Central Africans. Do yourself a favor and catch a plane to Africa, the internet doesn't do us justice.
