Sub-Saharan African countries have more of a reason to be racist against people of colonial European descent than Europeans have a reason to be biased against people of SSA descent.

Europe dominated their entire continent and treated the natives like shit. Sure, there were definite contributions but that's besides the point.

If I were a black African in Africa, I probably wouldn't want anyone of European ancestry running my country, either.

Still, most Europeans don't have a problem with someone of half(or less) non-white ancestry. Most just view them as ''one of them'', especially if they turn out white.
