I'd say Canada. However, we don't give immigrants special priviliges and that might make liberals elsewhere think we're intolerant. You can keep your culture here, but you have to respect the culture of others.

Not sure where you live in Canada, but in Toronto all cultures sort of integrate together, that's the beauty that we have here, yes there are places likes Greek town, Little Italy, China town, etc, but there's no segregation like how major diverse American cities have, it's kind of amazing how we're able to pull it off here and everyone gets along with a very low crime rate, makes me proud to be a Canadian
