I'd imagine Canada is woggier than the U.S.

The largest Southern European ancestry group for both countries is Italian, with a slightly higher percentage of Italian-Americans than Italian-Canadians, but when you factor in how many Canadians are of mixed Italian and French heritage and who identify as French Canadien, it's likely quite a bit higher. Moreover, some French themselves are woggy, and the French community in the United States is fairly small.
