You don't understand, the other side does not want to communicate with Israel, instead, they want to drive the Jews to the sea, as far as the UEFA goes, I'm not too familiar with their rules and what not so it does not concern the topic.

In the beginning there weren't much tensions but as millions came and took away the land of the original inhabitants the Zionists couldn't expect any good will.
UEFA point is relevant as Israelis have decided themselves to move to the Middle East and out of Europe so there's no point in letting them into European organisations. If Israel wants to maintain they have to start to communicate with their neighbors in another way than bombarding their towns or they will cease to exist(especially with the new developments in the ME).
