and? anglosaxons is just a name to put together both angles and saxons. The former came from denmark/north german border and the latter were originally from eastern netherlands and northwest germany. Yet not even in East anglia, the place with more germanic influence they made up a majority.. even in places such as norfolk or kent around 65% + of dna was tested of native briton origin. You guys are far from being anglosaxons deal with it...

I... don't want to be Anglosaxon.

My point is that the context of the original post is that Anglo refers to white people who speak English natively. That is to say, the majority of Americans.
