This is what is great about America! NOBODY is topped off at ANY income level. As an American you can do or become ANYTHING that you want to do and be as successful and as wealthy as you want! Some of those who make less get jealous of those that have gained more thus wanting them to share their wealth, but the majority of those wealthy people earned every penny they have from hard, back-breaking work. Any dream, any idea, any aspiration that one has in America CAN be achieved and there is no one or no government that can stop you. If the writer of that article wants to be wealthier than they are the only thing stopping them is their self.
