I know that for men in some races/cultures mustaches are "instyle". Are mustaches instyle in your race/culture and if so do you know why? Mustaches used to be big in America until the 90's but I rarely see someone with a mustache anymore unless they are from another culture.....or someone older who lived back when mustaches were big (like my dad )

On their own they became regarded as a bit gay and were either removed or augmented to the ubiquitous goatie, which is good for those can't grow a full beard without it looking like a straggly islamofascist type.
