They can look pretty similar. I have to admit, I've mistaken some Mexicans for Asians and some Filipinos with Hispanics before.

you can't base this on anomalities....I've seen black people who could pass for white...does that mean all black people look white?? because thats what this thread is asking...on general....not I saw this half white filo who looked hispanic before type of deal
