It's odd that the question in the title is different than the question you ask in your first post. It's like you changed your mind about what you wanted to ask in the span of a few seconds but didn't bother to fix the title. Who knew making a thread would be so complicated.
Title question:
How openly do you talk about race in real life with your friends? Talking about la bombe showing a touch of boobage in her avatar would be a more interesting conversation than race. Most people aren't interested in talking about race. They're more interested in work and how they will spend their leisure time.
Question from your post:
Just curious, like how openly do you talk about race in your area? It rarely ever happens because it makes people uncomfortable. The thing about socializing is you don't bring up topics that will make people uncomfortable.
By the way... la bombe, why do you have the Spanish flag and not the Mexican flag considering your ancestry is from New Mexico and Hispanics from New Mexico, although pretty much a cultural isolate, have ties with Northern Mexico? A very rich culture, by the way. I enjoy New Mexican folk tales, which are like Spanish folk tales but with a Native American flavor.
Okay, back on my vacation...
