This map shows the countries of Eastner Europe.
And best Eastner European country to live is maybe Estonia or Czech Republic. Seems to be safe and stable.

Depends a lot on what you mean by east,to me that map is political division of Europe just because half of it was occupied for 45 years,in fact east would be most of the ex-USSR countries,and not what you showed,if we consider former Warsaw Pact members are East then I wouldn't be surprised if someone comes and says "Hey,East Germany is the best Eastern Country".
