If it were my daughter that were abused this way, I would obtain the contact details of the father of the child who did this, go round his house and re-arrange his 'phenotype', I would not hit a child, but that who brought him up.

if it was a group of kids, you would find all (eg) 5 fathers and hit all of them? :P
plus it depends on the kids age.
