seems your family has a lot of problems haha. if your mom's boyfriend is a "Racist" skinhead and she's dating him then hes basically being self-contradictory to his beliefs. Indians aren't actually Middle Eastern by the way, they're South-East Asians. I don't know what to say, it seems obvious that your mom and her bf are confused about who they are and their beliefs...so I wouldn't call them racist just very strange/ignorant people because they can't make up their minds and declare something without thinking it over or seeing the possible consequences (sorry to offend you).
