It's common to see Latina females and Afram males in the Bay Area. But not much in So Cal, especially with the first generation immigrants who tend to be racist towards blacks.

I live in the Bay area. I guess I just don't see it that often. But then again I don't really see too many Black People here in the city

Maybe more so in the East Bay
