Not all...Many of them are Turkic Khazars(Eurasians aka Caucasoid+Mong. hybrids)...
Check Arthur Koestler's "Thirteenth Tribe" book...If Saami admixed Scandinavians or Americans with some Native American in their blood are whites,Jews are white aswell.

But of course there are "semitic looking" Jews...e.g Adam Sandler or Noam Chomsky.
