Honestly I think that all those racist attacks on blacks are often a little bit outdated.

Eastern European states, Russia, Belarus, followed by Poland who is actually in Central Europe are states in where it's quite uncommon to see a black person in the street, I bet many people will die not seeing black person
It's understandable that youth who seeks some good source of feeding their frustration will pick up some black folks who are not on their own soil and can't fight back. They'll hide in their student dormitories or work places whatever. That's ideal rival in unfair game made by people who want perfect excuse for eruption of one sided violence.

However there is second side of coin. African students are often known for very rude behaviour and are very very insistent towards women. My girlfriend in the bus was asked by african student for phone number and he talked some shit like that he does not search a women but just a friend etc etc and he was very stubborn.
Now, let's be honest I think it's not the way that behaves a person who is scared of racism or physical attack, right?

Check out case of Simon Mol in Poland. Same thing, guy was playing all the way racist card, he was even named a great poet by some left wing politics in Poland, and then it came out that he infected many many Polish sluts with HIV, and he done it purposely. I feel sorry for boyfriends of these sluts who probably also get infected.

I don't talk about Czech Republic for example, blacks in Prague in market square felt like "king of the street" and starred very badly at people, so I don't buy this thing about how they can't leave their block of flats, it's just not true.

To sum it up, black people often feel very secure,there is often something more added to the story which is published in the media. I don't think that blacks in Poland are more targeted by thugs than regular Poles or they are specificly selected from the potential victims. Since Russia is quite close I think it's same there.
