Who cares if Latin America knows what CV is, that not the point.
I happen to be a CV in the states and am very familiar with the phenotype here. I live in an area that's highly DR and PR.
I grew up with with DR's PR's and CV's so I'm talking what I know. I corrected you because I know your Brazilian comment was wrong. Call it trolling whateva...it's the truth. Many groups overlap in looks it does not mean anything, it's just part of being human and sharing similar history and lineage.
The comment regarding LatinAmerican's not really knowing about Cape Verdeans was in reference to this comment you made:
It a known fact that when someone asks in the states what do CV's look like the first description that is give is "they look dominican". ^
Like I said, there is a substantial Dominican population in MA, as well as other Latinos. I've never heard any of them make anytype of comment on Cape Verdeans. Perhaps you have, but I haven't. There is no wrong or right because these are both personal experiences.

My Brazilian comment wasn't wrong because there is a Brazilian population in MA. What you did was comment as to what most look like (their phenotype/ancestry).
