Being quiet and shut doesnt necessarely means they are unfriendly; it means they are introverted, not ill-mannered.

That being said, I think the most rude people are Russians. My sister went to Russia on september and she wasnt pleased by the way russians treated she and her husband.

They had no problems in Hungary, Czech Rep., Austria nor Poland.
