Will India accept them?
I think a better solution is to promote strong birth control programs among the Gypsy population. I.E. financial compensation to all the Gypsy men that have a vasectomy.
The article is a little biased (look like the guy who wrote that dont pay taxes to sustain gypsies or support their criminal activity). If the vice-mayor used that words he made a political mistake. I like the way the Gypsy guy says: "we want to integrate", what if my people don't want to integrate to their people, i know it sound political incorrect but it is my personal choice and it is my house.
