My concern comes in when a white person who has power exercises that bias against me due to race in a way that hurts my standard of living. That is the issue. If that white man calls me a "nigger" or not, is immaterial. If he calls me a "nigger" at home and keeps promoting me, giving me raises, etc. Who gives a fuck? I don't want to hang out at his fucking house anyway. So it is all about money, not personal relationships.
