If I grew up in France would I have the same opportunities to have the life style I do now, as compared to America, looking like I do.

The answer is "No".

You know that, and I know that.

Jack, I don't know where you live and how your lifestyle is. However, if you live in the US, it's certainly very unlikely to have the same opportunities to have a lifestyle compared to America in France, having any look.
