LOL, if you don't know, I can't help you. America has been footing the bill for Europe's defense since 1945. Everytime we try to downsize Europeans (Germans, Poles, Czechs) scream bloody freaking murder (due to fear of Russia mostly)... Nothing has changed really. Europeans don't want to defend themselves but want absolute say in what the U.S. uses its military to do. The UK is really the only nation that truly can stand with America in Nato. That's another topic though. Back to voting.
