The Yanks declared war on Japan only after Pearl Harbor not on Germany but bonehead Hitler declared war on the USA which sealed his fate.

Yeah, but Hitler was already doomed, the Yanks would have found another way to declare war on the Nazis--Hitler just made that situation simpler.
